RIFLE – Wes Wendland of Dalby, Wendland & Co., received the "Spirit of Western Colorado" eagle award at the firm's annual meeting in January. Wendland is a founding partner of the accounting firm that bears his name, joining Walt Dalby in 1955. Wes continues to serve tax clients during his 50th year in the profession.
Other award recipients this year were Grand Junction bankers Herb and Laura May Bacon, and John Bosco, of the Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge and Pool.
Dalby, Wendland & Co. was founded in 1948 and has offices in Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs, Montrose, Edwards, Aspen and Telluride.
