Steve is a 1980 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Denver School of Accountancy.

Steve joined Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C., in 1980 and became a principal in 1987. In 2005, he was elected President and Chairman of the Board of Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C.

Steve has considerable experience and expertise in the areas of real estate development and investment, as well as the lodging, restaurant, recreation, construction and retail industries.
Steve particularly enjoys business, financial, estate and tax planning/consulting.
Additionally, as President and Chairman of the Board, Steve presides over the meetings of the board of directors and governance of the firm.
