Mark L. Groves, CPA, promoted to principal, began his career in public accounting in 1989. He joined the Glenwood Springs office of Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C. in 2004. His specialties include business consulting, planning for business and corporate reorganizations; projections, forecasts; budgeting; multi-state income tax planning; and compliance and taxation of non-profit organizations.
Kevin D. Gibson, CPA, promoted to principal, has been with the firm’s Glenwood Springs office since 1998. He prepares and reviews federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals. He also has experience in the areas of federal and state income taxes, Colorado income taxes and credits, real estate development, conservation easements and service industries.
Christopher T. Allen, CPA, promoted to associate principal, has been with the Grand Junction office of the firm since 2006. He is an auditor with the firm performing and supervising audits of various companies, non-profit organizations, and benefit plans.
Tracy L. Barner, E.A., promoted to manager, has been with the Glenwood Springs office since 1989. Her specialty is in QuickBooks with more than seven years experience in the area of corporate and individual tax returns.
Sarah J. Fischer, CPA, promoted to manager, has been with the Grand Junction office since 2001. She specializes in federal and state income tax and tax planning.
Jamin Heady-Smith, CPA, promoted to manager, has been with the firm’s Glenwood Springs office since 2006. He specializes in IRS representation work and business and individual taxation.
Kevin H. Hettler, CPA, promoted to manager, joined the Glenwood Springs office in 2003. His specialty is in the areas of federal and multi-state individual and small business taxation.
Steven D. Hovland, CPA, promoted to manager, has been with the firm since 1999, when he joined the Montrose office and then later transferred to the Grand Junction office. He specializes in audits of benefit plans as well as other areas.
Brenda L. Prestangen, CPA, promoted to manager, joined the Grand Junction office in 2006. She specializes in federal and state income tax preparation and tax planning.
Amanda T. Foshee, CPA, promoted to senior, has been with the Grand Junction office of the firm since 2007. She specializes in federal and state income tax with an emphasis in estates and trusts.
Sara A. Lavochkin, CPA promoted to senior, has been with the firm since 2006. Her specialty is in the areas of business, individual, and nonprofit taxation.
